“Adotta un Ulivo” \u00e8 L’ ESPERIENZA CHE CERCAVI!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’adozione di un ulivo Olivina ti permetter\u00e0 di vivere con me il ciclo produttivo dell’olivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ti racconter\u00f2 quello che accade e sarai sempre informato sulla vita dell’ulivo adottato. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ti porter\u00f2 virtualmente nella fase di potatura, vivrai con me la gestione del suolo, della chioma, la lotta alle avversit\u00e0, la raccolta, la molitura e, ovviamente, l’assaggio dell’olio!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gli Ulivi che adotterai sono siti in uliveti abbandonati da un lungo periodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In alcuni il lavoro \u00e8 iniziato da qualche anno, in altri ho appena iniziato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perch\u00e8 \u00e8 importante credere in questo progetto? Per contribuire alla corretta gestione del nostro territorio, preservandolo e salvaguardando le popolazioni da eventi calamitosi quali incendi, dissesto idrogeologico etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Potenziando l’olivicoltura, aumentiamo l’assorbimento di gas serra ( Anidride carbonica)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adottando un ulivo ci portiamo a casa Olio EVO: un alimento fondamentale per la nostra salute.

Riceverai le newsletter personalizzate che ti aiuteranno a seguire l\u2019anno produttivo e a conoscere nel dettaglio l\u2019olivicoltura tra storia, curiosit\u00e0 e tradizioni.
Vivrai l’olivicoltura e la sua energia, pur non essendo in campo con me, ma potrai visionare il tuo ulivo quando vorrai.
L’adozione dura 1 anno ( o fino alla raccolta del frutto) e prevede la fornitura di olio Extra Vergine di oliva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adopting an Olivina olive tree will allow you to experience the olive tree’s production cycle with me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will tell you what happens and you will always be informed about the life of the adopted olive tree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will virtually take you through the pruning phase, you will experience with me the management of the soil, the foliage, the fight against adversity, the harvesting, the milling and, obviously, the tasting of the oil!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The olive trees you will adopt are located in olive groves that have been abandoned for a long period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In some the work began a few years ago, in others I have just started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why is it important to believe in this project? To contribute to the correct management of our territory, preserving it and safeguarding the populations from calamitous events such as fires, hydrogeological instability, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By strengthening olive growing, we increase the absorption of greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By adopting an olive tree we bring home EVO oil: a fundamental food for our health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By joining the program you will receive the list of olive trees available for adoption.
You will find its history, characteristics and location on the map.
A plaque will be placed on the olive tree with the name you choose for him and you will receive a certificate of adoption.

You will experience olive growing and its energy, even if you are not in the field with me, but you will be able to view your olive tree whenever you want.

Eine Olivenbaum-Patenschaft bei OLIVINA \u2013 genau das, was du schon immer gesucht hast!
Adoptiere einen Olivenbaum und erlebe gemeinsam mit mir den Jahreslauf im Olivenhain bis zur Ernte und
Verarbeitung der Oliven im Herbst.
Ich nehme dich mit auf meine Spazierg\u00e4nge zwischen den B\u00e4umen und erz\u00e4hle dir in dieser Zeit in regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen
Abst\u00e4nden, welche Arbeiten anstehen und wie dein Baum gedeiht. So bis du immer bestens informiert und ein
wenig wird es so sein, als w\u00fcrde dein Olivenbaum bei dir im Garten stehen.
Online wirst du dabei sein, wenn die B\u00e4ume gepflegt und beschnitten werden. Du wirst gemeinsam mit mir die
Bodenbearbeitung und die Pflege der Baumkrone erleben. Zusammen werden wir den Olivenbaum dabei
unterst\u00fctzen, bestm\u00f6glich allen Widrigkeiten zu trotzen, denen er begegnen wird. Und nat\u00fcrlich wirst du auch bei
der Olivenernte und in der \u00d6lm\u00fchle dabei sein, um am Ende das frisch gewonnene Oliven\u00f6l des Jahrgangs \u2013 das du
umgehend geliefert bekommst \u2013 verkosten zu k\u00f6nnen.
Die Olivenb\u00e4ume, die zur Adoption vorgesehen sind, stehen alle in lange aufgegebenen Olivenhainen, die mir
anvertraut wurden und die zu ihrem Erhalt besonders viel Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit ben\u00f6tigen. In manchen dieser
Haine arbeite ich schon einige Jahre, in anderen stehe ich noch ganz am Anfang.
Warum ist es so wichtig, an diese Arbeit und dieses Projekt zu glauben?
Weil wir alle unseren Beitrag zu einem verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit unserer Umwelt leisten sollten und das
hier direkt in die Tat umsetzen k\u00f6nnen. Indem wir dazu beitragen, die Artenvielfalt in einem Olivenhain und die
Kulturlandschaft in der Ogliastra zu erhalten, helfen wir au\u00dferdem, die Gegend und ihre Bev\u00f6lkerung vor
Naturkatastrophen wie Br\u00e4nden oder Trockenheit zu bewahren.
Nicht zuletzt tragen wir \u00fcber die Patenschaft und damit die Unterst\u00fctzung des Olivenbaums zum CO2-Ausgleich
unserer Alltagsgewohnheiten und unserer Reisen bei.
Das Sch\u00f6ne dabei: Du h\u00e4ltst am Ende des Jahres frisch gewonnenes, kalt gepresstes EXTRA VERGINE
OLIVEN\u00d6L in H\u00e4nden, dessen Produktion du von Anfang bis Ende miterlebt hast \u2013 ein sch\u00f6nes Gef\u00fchl und ein
wichtiger Bestandteil f\u00fcr deine gesunde Ern\u00e4hrung.

An dem von dir ausgew\u00e4hlten Olivenbaum wird ein kleines Schild angebracht mit dem Namen, den du ihm gibst.
Au\u00dferdem erh\u00e4ltst du ein Zertifikat f\u00fcr deine Patenschaft.
W\u00e4hrend des Adoptionsjahres bekommst du regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Post von deinem Baum. Du wirst so live den
Produktionszyklus deines Olivenbaums miterleben, aber auch viel Wissenswertes rund um den Olivenanbau
erfahren.
Obwohl du nicht mit mir durch den Olivenhain gehen kannst, wirst du so ein wenig von der Energie des Ortes
sp\u00fcren k\u00f6nnen und deinen Olivenbaum immer bildhaft vor Augen haben.
Die Patenschaft dauert ein Jahr (bis zur Ernte) und endet mit der Lieferung des frisch gewonnenen Oliven\u00f6ls des
jeweiligen Jahrgangs.
